Every edition brings together some of the finest bakers, dessert makers, beverage companies, and artisan producers to create an unforgettable experience for thousands of guests.

Only 45 vendors will be selected, with some categories limited to as few as two spaces.

Vendor expectations

Our vendors are an important part of creating an exceptional guest experience. If selected, we require that you:

  • Promote your participation before the event.
  • Sell only the approved products listed in your application.
  • Maintain a clean, attractive and professional stall throughout the event.
  • Arrive on time for setup.
  • Respect neighbouring vendors and allocated spaces.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the day.
  • Help us create an unforgettable Bread Market experience.

Menu approval

All vendors must declare every product they intend to sell. To maintain a diverse and balanced experience, The Bread Market reserves the right to approve menus and limit duplicate products across vendors.

Drinks

Only approved beverage vendors may sell drinks. Food vendors are not permitted to sell beverages.

Stall sharing & collaborations

Vendor spaces may not be shared, transferred or sublet. Only approved businesses may operate from a registered stall. The Bread Market does not permit collaborations with brands/businesses that are not officially registered vendors for the event.

Stall package

Each vendor space includes one gazebo, one table, three chairs, and three staff access passes.

Equipment

All equipment must be declared during registration. Any additional equipment brought to the venue must receive prior approval.

Payment

Successful applicants will receive payment instructions after their application has been approved. Payment must be completed within 48 hours to secure your vendor space. Failure to complete payment within this period may result in your space being offered to another applicant. Please do not make payment until you have been officially accepted.

Marketing

The Bread Market invests significantly in promoting every edition through advertising, media partnerships, influencers and digital campaigns. However, vendors are also expected to actively promote their participation and encourage their customers and community to attend. Despite the event marketing, your sales depend on your brand promotion for the event.

Restricted items

The sale of alcohol and pork products is strictly prohibited. The organizers reserve the right to remove any prohibited items from sale during the event.

Refund policy

Vendor payments become non-refundable seven (7) days before the event due to production, logistics and operational commitments. Cancellations made before this period will receive a refund less a 20% administrative fee.

Liability

While reasonable security measures will be in place throughout the event, vendors remain responsible for their own products, equipment and personal belongings. The Bread Market will not be held liable for loss, theft or damage to vendor property.
